Who would be visiting my property?

We take our partner properties seriously and always know who’s there. We fully design and outfit these spaces and host clients for stays ranging from a few nights to several months. Our focus is on 30-60-90 day stays. We work with nationwide businesses, airports, and hospitals to help house their executive officers, professional employees, and doctors, who need accommodation in the area. They cannot commit to long-term leases as they may be in the area for only a short period of time.

We fill gaps by letting the property to well-vetted guests who need accommodation while visiting the area for leisure and to families who need a place to stay due to work being carried out on their main residence, are moving to the area and haven't found their permanent home yet, or were displaced by the Marshall fire. Often insurance companies are funding the stays.

What assurances do you have the property will be looked after?

Like any tenant things can get damaged, however, unlike a regular tenant, we repair and maintain the property whenever an issue occurs. If something gets damaged we charge it directly to the guest and inform their employer (our guests do not want to upset their employer).

Every Vastay home is equipped with cutting-edge smart technology that remotely monitors everything from surveillance to noise to occupancy, all to ensure your home stays safe and protected. We restrict any parties from taking place on your property so that you never have to worry.

After each visit, your property is thoroughly inspected by us and cleaned to the highest standards by our professional cleaning company, at no cost to you. Overall, the property has to stay in 5 Star hotel condition or we could not operate as a business so you can rest assured the property will be looked after – that’s what makes us the perfect tenants as your needs and ours are aligned!

Would this require extra work for me?

Sit back and relax, we handle it all, there’s no additional management for you. Our local field teams regularly clean, inspect, and maintain your property. We take care of everything so you will never be bothered. Any maintenance or repair issue under $500 we will cover, with no expense to you. We have a full customer experience team, with highly trained agents on call 24/7 to handle any issues that might come up. Enjoy peace of mind knowing your home is being maintained and looked after all the time.

Who furnishes my property?

Our in-house home design team will completely furnish your home and equip it with essentials for corporate stays like working desk areas, 4K Smart TVs, linens, bathroom, and kitchen essentials. We also install smart home technology like keyless door locks, security cameras, Ring video doorbells, and Nest thermostats to efficiently manage homes. Our interior designers transform empty properties into homes that look luxurious, enticing clients with style and sophistication.

What if you stop paying me?

That's unlikely, however, if that happens you can simply order us to leave and keep our deposit. As a corporation, we don't have the same renter's rights as an individual so you don't have to worry about us overstaying our welcome.

Will I have access to my home?

Yes! In fact, we encourage regular courtesy visits. You will be added to the home's Smart lock with owner permissions and you will be able to give access to maintenance or contractors as needed.

Are you insured against guest injuries, property damage, etc.?

Yes, we are fully insured with legal indemnity, contents, and public liability insurance if the worst should happen.

What’s the cost? What’s the catch?

There is no fee or cost to you at any time. Once we sign a lease and provide you with a security deposit, you can enjoy all the benefits, on us. Our goal is to eliminate rental and tenant inefficiencies while allowing you to focus on building equity in your investment.
